We’ve searched for some time for a Jaguar we were comfortable with, and Fender’s new Johnny Marr version looks like it! The Marr Jaguar is a little lower output, brighter and janglier than the traditional, full-vintage Jaguar – and the controls are friendlier! It’s just as comfortable as the original model, with a few other subtle improvements like nylon inserts in the bridge posts to help promote tuning stability, and Mustang style saddles rather than the original threaded-rod Jaguar saddles.
