The Rickenbacker 325 is perhaps most famously associated with John Lennon on the Beatles tours and many albums and smash hit songs. The short scale and narrow neck allow a lot of complex chord shapes and fast changes.
This 1974 example is in good working order; it’s been played but not abused.

Here’s a find – a National Triolian Tricone, 12-fret neck, from 2010 in excellent condition. The Triolian was historically always a 12-frret model, but National now makes it in 14-fret (and baritone!) models too.
This example from 2010 is in great shape with only a few small scuffs on an edge or two. A very good deal for an outstanding instrument!

Here’s a near-mint Eastwood Airline Tuxedo Sunburst from 2011. Eastwood produces guitars based on a variety of 50’s and 60’s models that are really not availalbe otherwise.
The Airline Tuxedo is based on the Kay Barney Kessel guitar from the mid 1950’s. It’s really quite a good design, and this example is in exceptional condition.
