Neck	Curly maple neck with unbound ebony fingerboard, dot markers on side.
Frets	22 medium oval frets.
Body	Carved spruce top with curly maple back and sides, offset design with slash soundholes.
Finish	Gloss finish.
Hardware/electronics	Neck-mount pickup with controls on ebony fingerboard, and endpin jack. Black tuners. Ebony tailpiece and bridge with bone saddle and nut;
Playability/Action	These instruments really play well and the offset body is quite comfortable.
Case	Hardshell fitted case included.
Comments	We’ve posted the Eastman Pagelli PG2 before, but we’ve received another new one and thought we’d put it up because we like the way they look. As well, this example has a couple of finish flaws – which we have had a very hard time identifying – and consequently has a 10% discount. Here’s Grant’s view on the topic: “The flaw might be that the fretboard tag at the body on the bass side of the tag has a small dark spot in the wood…but that is in the wood and under the finish which is perfect. Basically we would consider the guitar to be perfect and a “first” and not flawed in my books. But there is a definite flaw…the case is not fresh looking and certainly has “history” that the guitar does not have. It appears to be a trade show case and has lots of scuffing on the outside. These are a very odd case and I suspect they are always in short supply, so they sent us what they had on hand.”
