The Gibson Sheryl Crow Signature model is based on her 1962 Gibson Country Western model, which she’d been touring and recording with for years. Concerned that it should be protected, she approached Gibson for a replacement – and they responded with the Sheryl Crow Signature model.

Gibson ES-135 P100 Tobacco Burst, 1996

Built from 1991 to 2003 in Memphis, the Gibson ES-135 P100 was a single florentine cutaway, semi-hollow thinline with a pair of P100 hum-cancelling pickups. From 1956 to 1958, the ES-135 existed as a renamed ES-130, a full-depth, single-cutaway archtop with one or two P-90 pickups. The ES-130 was introduced in 1954, renamed in 1956 to the ES-135, and discontinued in 1958.

Gibson Les Paul Studio 120th Anniversary Wine Red, 2014

The Gibson Les Paul Studio, introduced in 1983, delivers what’s needed and is one of the best values in the Les Paul lineup. Built in 2014 for the anniversary year, this 120th Anniversary model sports a Wine Red stain under a light Nitrocellulose Lacquer finish and is in very good, clean condition with negligible wear.

Gibson J-185 Jumbo Natural, 2003

Here we have a Gibson J-185 Jumbo bodied steel string in Antique Natural finish, built during December of 2003 at the Gibson Acoustic plant in Bozeman, Montana. The J-185 is a very good but likely under-appreciated guitar, being overshadowed by the better known and slightly larger J-200. Currently, the available version is the J-185 Original.

Gibson Explorer Ebony, 2016

The Gibson Explorer was one of three radical new designs introduced in 1958, along with the Flying V, which made it into production, and the Moderne, which existed only in prototype. Despite best hopes, sales were poor and the models were discontinued in 1963. However, by the mid 1970’s musical tastes caught up to these 1958 models and they were re-introduced to production.

Gibson Les Paul Custom 20th Anniversary White, 1974

This Gibson Les Paul Custom 20th Anniversary edition in White was built in 1974 to commemorate the 1954 launch of the ‘upmarket’ Les Paul Custom. Following the 1952 introduction of the original gold-top Les Paul model, Gibson added two new versions for 1954 – the top-end Custom and entry-level Junior – with the Special appearing in 1955.
