The Alhambra 5P is built with quality solid and laminate woods, and here we’re seeing it with a solid Red Cedar top and laminated Mahogany for the sides, back, and solid Rosewood for the headplate and bridge.

The Eastman E10SS evokes the spirit of the classic spruce and mahogany slope shouldered dreadnought guitars popular with countless artists since the late 1930s. Starting with the slope-shouldered dreadnought body, the Eastman E10SS pairs an solid Adirondack Spruce top on a solid Mahogany back and side set.

Gibson Style U Harp Guitar, 1914

This Gibson Style U Harp Guitar, dating to 1914 and built at the Gibson plant in Kalamazoo, Michigan is not entirely original. The bridge and tailpiece have been replaced though with original style parts. The binding on the fingerboard has been replaced. This fine instrument is fully playable and in overall good condition, with an small amount of finish scuffing considering that it is over a century old. A gig bag is included.

Gibson Les Paul Standard Cherryburst, 1998

The Gibson Les Paul Standard Cherryburst, named as the Standard, didn’t appear until 1959 but in its sunburst form dates to 1958 and the move away from the Goldtop finish. The ‘Standard’ engraved truss rod cover came into use during 1976, At first appearance in 1952, the Les Paul model bore the familiar gold-top, and in 1954 the Les Paul Custom appeared in black, along with the Les Paul Junior. In 1955 the Les Paul Special was launched, without the carved Maple cap. Finishes included the ‘TV’ tint, intended to make the guitar better visible on black and white televisions.

Alhambra Luthier India Classical Guitar, 2000

The Alhambra Luthier India is based on proven, traditional designs and wood combinations. The soundboard is top quality cedar, paired with Palisandro or Indian Rosewood for the sides, back, bridge and headplate. The neck, which is a Spanish ‘slipper heel’ design, is Spanish Cedar with Ebony for the fingerboard. This example was completed in 2000, with is production beginning of November 1999.

Larrivée J-05-12 Jumbo 12 String Guitar, 1996

The Larrivee J-05-12 follows the successful Jumbo 12-string design, used to great success by Guild and based on the Gibson super jumbo body originating in the late 1930s. This example dates to July 8, 1996 and was built in Victoria, British Columbia. The model number identifies it as a J body – Jumbo – in 05 trim, with Sitka Spruce top and Mahogany back and sides.
