Here we have the brand-new Fintan McEnroe MC18 F-style mandolin from Fintan McEnroe, working in Toronto but originally from Ballyjamesduff, County Cavan, Ireland. The ‘18’ in the name refers to the mandolin serial number and production sequence. This fine instrument was very recently finished, in August of 2023.

Since it first appeared in 1983, the Les Paul Studio has been available in a range of configurations. All have delivered the essential Les Paul experience and is one of the better deals in quality electric guitars.

Gibson Les Paul Deluxe GoldTop, 1975

Making its debut appearance in 1969, the Gibson Les Paul Deluxe layout was based on the 1950’s pre-humbucker P-90 models. The Deluxe body construction uses the same Maple cap on a Mahogany back as the Standard humbucker version, but the pickup routes accept either P-90s or mini-humbuckers which are mounted in P-90 sized support rings.

Wildwood Troubador Maple Natural Openback Banjo, 2007

Built during 2007 in Bend, Oregon, this Wildwood Troubador Natural Maple banjo sports a Tubaphone tone ring and is in great condition. The construction is Maple with an Ebony fingerboard, with rope-style decorative strips along the neck and around the rim. Wildwood Banjos were built by Mark Platen from 1973 until his retirement in 2018.

Here we’re looking at a Capek F5 Professional mandolin built by Rost’a Capek during July of 2003 in Prague, Czech Republic. Capek offers several versions of the F5 style; the Basic is relatively simple, while the Professional uses highly figured woods and more elaborate inlays.

This Fender American Standard Stratocaster HSS features a ShawBucker paired with two Custom Shop Fat 50’s, and a Sienna Burst Ash body. Dating to February of 2015 and built in Corona, California, this very well preserved example is a very comfortable, versatile guitar that covers most musical bases.
