Produced since 2003, the Ernie Ball MusicMan Axis Super Sport has proven to be a very popular model, a modification of the already very capable Axis model.
Built with a figured maple top over a basswood body and paired with a maple neck, the MusicMan Axis Super Sport also features locking tuners paired with either a vintage trem bridge or a hard tail bridge as seen here.
This example dates to June 6 2002 and is in very good condition with only very light wear. The translucent teal finish, with matching headstock, is very attractive. The original hardshell case is included.
