The first Turner Model 1 guitar was built for Lindsay Buckingham at the height of Fleetwood Mac’s career, and it appeared on massive hits. Using a mahogany body with maple neck and a unique rotatable pickup, this guitar was based on an 1835 Stauffer body shape. Rick Turner has founded a number of companies, including Alembic, worked for companies like Gibson and run his own shop.

This Turner Model 1 guitar was built during 2012 at the Turner shop in Santa Cruz, California and is in very good condition. It has a chambered mahogany body, mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard, is very resonant and plays well. Its electronics are simpler than most Model 1s: master volume, master tone, and a coil tap switch. A non-original hardshell case is included.
