I have to say that I am really taken with the Ocean Blue finish on this 2014 Gibson Les Paul Traditional, and how it brings out the flamed maple.
This guitar dates to 2014 and was built at Gibson’s Nashville facility. It’s in very good original condition, with only light wear throughout – the frets would look new with just a polish. The plastic output jack plate is cracked at two corners – a common problem and easily replaced. The original brown Gibson hardshell case is included.
This guitar plays very well and really rings; its sustain is substantial, but not excessive, and doesn’t overwhelm the shape of the note. There’s lots of traction from the full-height frets and so it is easy to get clear, crisp tones.
