This is a lovely Deering White Lotus 5-string banjo, built using American White Oak, with a stained Maple fingerboard, but without a tone ring. The choices of woods are interesting, being aimed at musicality and sustainability; these are native to the area where the instrument was built. Tonally, this is a very successful combination and as a definite bonus, this banjo weighs less than the average Les Paul!
This Deering White Lotus is in great condition with only very minor wear, and the original Deering hard shell case is included.
