The Gold Tone CC-100 Plus Cripple Creek outclasses all other comparably-priced banjos with its hard maple neck and rim, black-bound real rosewood fretboard (easily re-fretted), dual coordinator rim rods, curly maple headstock veneer, straight-line tailpiece, brass rod tone ring, two-way adjustable truss rod and low, comfortable string action. It is completely set up at the Florida Gold Tone factory by our skilled luthiers.
The Plus model starts with the CC-110 base but is upgraded with a striking vintage brown finish, a three-ply Canadian maple rim, 24 bracket hooks, a Gold Tone engraved armrest and the same GT Master planetary-geared tuners found on our most expensive banjos. Frosting on already great cake!”
