This very good, clean Rickenbacker 360/12 Thinline Electric 12-String dates to March of 2020 and sports a subtle modification introduced in 2004. Specifically, the tuning gear slots on the headstock are routed all the way through the head, allowing easier access during re-stringing.
This Rickenbacker 360/12 was built, like all other Rics, in Santa Ana California. It features the Roger Rossmeisl designed thinline body of a chambered and braced Maple top, Maple back, and Maple neck with Walnut insert. The fingerboard is gloss-finished Indian Rosewood with Ric’s distinctive triangular position markers. For hardware, this guitar includes Schaller mini tuners and a pair of modern High-Gain pickups wired with pickup selector, individual volume and tone controls, and a blend control. It is wired with the ‘Ric-O-Sound / Mono’ option, and can be plugged directly into one amp or mixer strip, or into two, with each pickup going to its own channel input. A standard ‘Insert’ type cable is all that’s required to use the Ric-O-Sound jack.
Wear is vanishingly light, and the black JetGlo finish is in great shape. Even the bridge cover is still in place!
The original molded rectangular Rickenbacker case is included.
