The Taylor K26ce is a spectacular guitar, with a shaded edgeburst finish that really brings out the visual qualities of Koa.
Starting with the Grand Symphony body, close to a Jumbo size, the Taylor K26ce uses solid AA grade Hawaiian Koa for the top, sides and back. The neck is Mahogany, and Ebony is used for the head plate, bridge and fingerboard. Braces are Spruce. The binding is Rosewood, and the fingerboard and headstock inlays are Blackwood and Maple.
This Taylor K26ce dates to July 28th, 2014 at El Cajon, California and is in very good, clean condition. There is one small ding in the lower treble side, and the preamp has been updated. The hardware is gold plated. It’s a fantastic guitar, delivering the sound and playability that its looks promise.
The original Taylor branded hard shell case is included.
