The Tom Anderson Pro Am was a breakthrough guitar introduced in the late 1980’s, reacting to the popularity of the Strat with Humbucker and locking trem system trend. Built to order with a wide range of options, the Anderson Pro Am was one of the first top quality ‘custom production’ models available.
This Anderson Pro Am sports a Translucent Forest Green finish and is in overall very good condition. It has a few small finish marks, unsurprising for a 20-year old instrument, but is otherwise complete and original.
This guitar dates to the afternoon of November 5, 1997. There’s a small flaw in the serial number engraved on the neck plate, ’11-5-97P’ – the day entry should be 05 to fit the Anderson date format.
The original rectangular hardshell case is included.
