| Playability/Action | Plays very cleanly, a great little guitar for jazz use. |
| Case | Hardshell dreadnaught case included. |
| Comments | This is a relatively unusual guitar, and even more so as left handed. Gretsch introduced the Korean-built Historic Series line in 1999, and the last examples were made in 2003, replaced by the Electromatic line. Overall, this is a very nice little jazz guitar, just a bit bigger than a George Benson but smaller than an ES-175; it’s fully hollow with just longitudinal strut bracing. |
